Forward driving profiles and reduced backhand pressure mean slight wind variations go unnoticed. The sail does the work; you focus on sailing. The 026 Blade has been rebuilt from the ground up to increase power and integrate the latest development concepts: XR Xtended Range: Developed to increase wind range at both the lower AND higher ends. Deeper, more powerful profiles are locked in place with added skin tension to enhance control and stability. Fat Head: Originally developed for the S-1, the increased head roach opens further under load, improving high-end control and wind range. Smaller sizes have relatively fatter heads whilst bigger sizes balance the head size for better aero efficiency. DirectConnect: A system of directly connecting the load points of the sail to any hardware – masts, battens and boom. Zero lag means the sail reacts instantly to rider input. CarbonFusion Trickle-Down: The BladePro construction is trickling down into the Blade, with welded foot panels and carbon load transfer strips in the head and tack. Gradient Panel Technology: Overlapped corners logically reduce weight, increase strength and control stretch.
