A straighter leading edge from the base increases early planing potential and the new square tip eliminates unneeded surface area that typically causes drag. Combined with a thinner profile in the bottom half to increase maneuverability, this Freewave fin is the ultimate choice for great performance across a variety of conditions.
MFC has worked with Goya & Quatro to redesign of the powerbox fin. They moved the fin forward on the base, where the testing team found it to be the best position. This new design means there is no compromise on fin placement, and the screw hole is now in an easier spot to access from the deck.
Fin bolts / screws are not included with windsurf fins as every board uses a different length depending on the depth / volume of the tail.

Severne NYCA Windsurfing Fin
NYCA FINS
NYCA is an injection-based technology utilising a specialised blend of thermoplastic polymer and carbon fibres. This blend not only offers resistance to abrasion but also the ideal rigidity for windsurfing performance.
Carbon fibre content is added to create efficient active flex patterns, similar to traditional premium production methods.
NYCA fins are lighter and more durable than traditional G10 or RTM fins, with much higher strength and impact resistance. As a result, longevity is also upgraded, whether be it for hours on the water or impacts with shallow reefs.

Front lateral fins Crafted for optimal acceleration and drive, the lower section of these fins prioritizes maximum speed. With a relatively pronounced rake, narrow chord, and forward profile, more lift is produced while drag is minimised. Fast and efficient. The curved yet compact tips ensure a predictable engagement and release effect. Rear lateral fins Equipped with a wider base, the rear lateral fins provide essential stability. A moderate rake and a relatively narrow chord in the top section generate substantial drive. An enhanced surfing experience.

There haven’t been any contests this year to prove the worth of these new fins, but Leon took the proto’s to 6th place in the 2019 Aloha Classic with some of the best turns ever seen at the event!

The Incinerators. The best choice for your quad fin board! A narrower base for higher speeds and lightning fast direction changes, combined with a larger area tip for more hold and power. Designed with Adam Lewis who’s been looking to get the best performance from his quads.
Available in 8, 9, 10, 11cm with MT, US and SB (Slotbox/Starbox) heads. Select one size larger if you wish to have the same hold as our other fronts.

K4 Scorcher Front US MT SB Windsurfing Fin

The Scorcher fronts. The best choice for your thruster fin board! A wider base for more drive, hold and gouging carves. Like the bigger Scorchers they are thin for maximum top speed and work particularly well for ‘wobble n ride’, onshore, or lighter winds. Available in 9, 10, 11 and 12cm with MT, US and SB (Slotbox/Starbox) heads. These have more drive and grip than the Shark II fronts.

MFC FREESTYLE PRO WINDSURFING FIN 14CM LAST ONE!
MFC Freewave US Box G10 Windsurfing Fin
The new freewave has been updated to last version with a straight leading edge for the first 10-12cm of the base to help the fin accelerate quickly, get planning early and achieve maximum speed. We have designed it with less tip than a classic freewave but in square shape that helps keep the surface area bigger. This shorter tip allows for less drag at maximum speed. The profile of the fin has been modified on the second half of the fins, from center to tip to provide more flexibility of the G10.
