COURIERS WE USE:
- Royal Mail for small and medium parcels
- DPD for medium items like kites, harnesses and iSUPs
- Tuffnels for larger items like booms masts and boards
DISPATCH: Most items are dispatched from our Gosport store where possible and may experience a delay where we are closed at Gosport on Tuesdays. Any orders taken after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
OUTSIDE UK: Please contact us if you would like something posted outside the UK.
EU Postage: Currently all EU items are attracting duty fees in your country and for this reason our webstore is not setup for orders to the EU.
RETURNS: You are responsible for returning items to us and if a refund is required we will refund only the value of the item and not the postage. Returns must be made within 14 days unless the item is deemed faulty.
