The Verso is the fast-track progression platform for improvers to advanced intermediates.
Designed to highlight only the performance characteristics that are vital for the developing windsurfer, the Verso is a feature-packed board with an intuitive feel.
The Verso is specifically designed and fully tested to assist you in all aspects of Freeride windsurfing and is especially reassuring for those learning all variations of gybing.
Performance characteristics include; a centralised buoyancy for enhanced stability and control when working your way into the harness and straps. A progressive rocker-line promotes acceleration for super early planing and gybing exits. Push it onto its rail for full speed blasting, and you’ll still feel the acceleration to push the limit of your comfort zone.
The hardest move you’ll learn on a windsurfer is the gybe. The Verso covers this with a very stable approach, a controllable carve, and increased exit speed. This board is intentionally designed and has been proven to assist the rider through the key stages of the turn and build consistency.
Simplifying the technical challenges a progressing windsurfer has to face is the main goal of the Verso. Everything is pre tuned for you; The purpose-built Verso powerbox fin is ready to go. The logical three-stage foot strap insert options cover the core phases of progression and both fin and straps can be fitted, tuned, and positioned quickly with the HEX4 tool (included). Severne Convert Sail – Red (6.7m + 7.5m)
The Convert is a fully-featured freeride sail at an entry-level price.
An obvious choice for any progressing windsurfer, the Convert is purpose built to be easy to use. Weight is kept to a minimum, boom lengths are short and downhaul tensions are reduced for easier rigging and nice, soft handling characteristics.
The Convert is packed with features including dropped clew for shorter, more manageable boom lengths. The shaping and geometry are set up for a balanced, stable feel and a forward pulling drive for a relaxed, easy stance.

2023 Severne S-1 Windsurfing Sail – Red
S-1Â _MANOEUVRE ORIENTED WAVE
The new S-1 is built on the exact same pattern as the S-1 Pro but uses VX2 and eM3Â laminate materials to reduce cost with only 150g added weight*.
The GRADIENT PANEL TECHNOLOGY logically reduces weight, increases strength and controls stretch. Overall weight is reduced but the more significant improvement is the feel – quicker reacting and lighter feel.
Rather than a single curved luff panel, the S-1 uses separate panels that radiate out of the head and tack corners. This perfectly aligns the sail material with the direction of load. Previously the curved panel would have bias stretch in all the wrong places. Direct transmission of power. Increased longevity.
The boom length has been shortened on bigger sizes (4.8 and up) to reduce the back-hand pressure that builds up as the wind increases. Instead, the power has been shifted up in the sail giving more leverage to accelerate instantly in light winds.

Constructed entirely out of premium X-Ply, the Blade is one of the most durable sails on the market, yet intelligent design means it’s also one of the lightest. SpiderFibre technology has radically reduced swing weight whilst also creating a much stronger clew. Dyneema window X-Ply allows for unrestricted vision. Upper panels in eM3 reduce swing weight.
