Lightweight, flexible and highly responsive, it feels like you have a spring that you can load up and release on demand. Updated with the latest development concepts including DirectConnect and CarbonFusion to amplify the spring and reactivity, the S-1 is the most efficient power source to drive you through any manoeuvre. One of the first things everyone notices about the S-1 is that it feels light. It IS light. But beyond the physical weight there’s a balance and short boom geometry that makes it feel even lighter. New materials further complement the S-1’s design, with D6 Dacron adding elasticity to the forward sections of the sail, and VX2 stabilizing the body panels. The result is a consistent power position between your hands that provides enough back-hand pressure to perform without ever getting too heavy feeling. Forward driving profiles and reduced backhand pressure mean slight wind variations go unnoticed. The sail does the work; you focus on sailing. The 026 Blade has been rebuilt from the ground up to increase power and integrate the latest development concepts: XR Xtended Range: Developed to increase wind range at both the lower AND higher ends. Deeper, more powerful profiles are locked in place with added skin tension to enhance control and stability. Fat Head: Originally developed for the S-1, the increased head roach opens further under load, improving high-end control and wind range. Smaller sizes have relatively fatter heads whilst bigger sizes balance the head size for better aero efficiency. DirectConnect: A system of directly connecting the load points of the sail to any hardware – masts, battens and boom. Zero lag means the sail reacts instantly to rider input. CarbonFusion Trickle-Down: The BladePro construction is trickling down into the Blade, with welded foot panels and carbon load transfer strips in the head and tack. Gradient Panel Technology: Overlapped corners logically reduce weight, increase strength and control stretch. 2026 Severne Stone Windsurfing Board
026 STONE ~ Jaeger style.
A real wave board, with the flow and looseness to get creative and the reliability to be confident. Excelling in down-the-line conditions, the Stone is also fast enough to be used in onshore or average conditions. More curve in the back of the Stone enables it to fit deep in the pocket of the wave. The sleek outline is narrower and longer to handle speed. Combined with a rounded pintail and a reduced nose width, this board reacts to any rider input. Fast concave bottom shapes to jump like Jaeger. It’s built in premium Carbon/S-glass construction, and can be setup as either a quad fin or a thruster. Jaeger uses both; quad for control when the waves get bigger, and thruster for when he wants added power. Having both options in a single board makes a lot more sense than having two nearly identical boards with different fin configurations. Saves cash and space in the board bag. The Stone board feels connected to the wave. It’s fast, fluid and fun. It converts wave power into kinetic energy so you can then turn it into buckets of spray. Severne Alien CPT 125ltr + Starboard Windsurf Foil Package
Purely designed as a windsurf foil board, the Alien enables all the variables to work in harmony and move beyond simply balancing on a foil to WINDSURFING on a foil. A functional foil board with refined details that makes foiling both accessible AND desirable.
The Alien development program was initiated when the disappointment of bolting a hydrofoil to a normal windsurf board was realized. By analyzing and gaining a deep understanding of the new variables that foiling introduced, we saw that specific foil-oriented equipment was required to elevate the experience to a true windsurfing sensation; blasting in control and carving turns rather than balanced on top, nervously trimming.
The differences between the Alien and a normal freeride are many; shape, length, rocker, stance, pretty much everything. But this new geometry works in conjunction with the foil and rig to deliver balance, and a new windsurfing world to any competent windsurfer. It opens up more locations to windsurf, and can double or triple your days on the water.
Stable enough for your first flights, the Alien has the considered details to deliver performance so as not to be outgrown.
