ION Seek Amp Semidry 5/4mm Front Zip – Black XL ONLY
The Seek Amp 5/4 Front Zip stands for an epic stretch without compromising warmth, making it the perfect wetsuit all year round. Freedom of movement in arms and shoulders is key, no matter if you paddle or hold on to your kite or sail. To improve flexibility in this crucial area, ION uses a new rhombus-shaped outside lining. It stretches easily, thanks to the unique structure. Additionally, recycled Eco_Stretch lining at the torso and legs maintains comfy stretch throughout the entire suit (black colorway only). The secret for optimal heat retention lies in ION's super flexible Hot_Stuff 2.0 thermo lining combined with toasty warm Plasma_Plush 2.0. On top, I_foam neoprene traps more air due to its foamy structure, improving heat retention and flexibility. Another feature that shelters you from icy showers is a small silicone print at the front zip opening area. It increases the connection between the flap and the rest of the wetsuit.

In spots without thermal lining, super soft Silk_Stuff increases next-to-skin comfort to the max. The Quantum is not entry level, budget or cheap. This range embodies our game changing approach to performance wetsuits; performance and warmth combined with next level durability at an affordable price. With the incredible fit and function of our Apex Fit pattern, S type neoprene in all upper body panels and FLX_THERMO lining inside and out, the Quantum has the same full stretch of the Mission model in the arms, shoulders and back - the key areas for paddling and flexibility - making this a performance wetsuit. Combined with top end features like Compression cut seals, 3D stitch and taped seams this feels like a top end wetsuit. The build quality on Quantum matches our standards set throughout the range - all seams are 3D stitched and taped or critically taped for maximum security. All panels use DK limestone neoprene and our specially developed linings - stretch zones feature our top end S type neoprene lined with FLX lining. Internally THERMO is used in all upper body panels where wind chill is a factor. The body makes use of NPM, our high flex lining with very high surface resistance and our high modulus D foam neoprene. Using our super high end Apex Fit pattern for perfect fi t and extreme freedom of movement and available in our ‘Easy In’ chest zip entry. The Quantum will change your expectation of a what an affordable wetsuit can be. S type neoprene in all upper body panels with our FLX_THERMO lining inside and out gives the same full stretch as the Mission model in the arms, shoulders and back - the key areas for paddling and flexibility - making the Quantum feel like a top end suit. The staple of any good performance cold water wetsuit - double glued and 3D stitched. All seam junctions are spot taped inside for extra strength and the critical crotch seam is fully taped. Offering comfort and protection in all the right places, it’s the perfect entry-level suit for keen watermen. Supple, stretchy and robust, it also includes many features from the more technical end of the range: Silk_Stuff inside lining on the upper body provides a comfortable fit and good stretch in the shoulder area. Hot_Stuff 2.0 – ION's stretchiest thermo lining – improves warmth, flexibility, and comfort even further.
