Freerace.
The new Bolt 4 Carbon, is our fastest ever Freerace board, and we are excited about its ultimate forward drive paired with empowering open ocean comfort. Its 4th generation puts it all together under your feet, ready out of the box, racing performance to be experienced by everyone.
Racing Cut-Outs.
As in our dedicated race boards, the Bolt 4 Carbon comes with pronounced Racing Tail Cut-Outs in combination with a light tail release that aids in reducing the wetted surface.
Aerodynamics.
The new aerodynamically recessed mast track aids in keeping the nose low and strengthens the deck area by removing high spots prone to impact.
Plastic Free.
All Goya Windsurfing boards now come packed in recycled cardboard and paper tape only. Keeping our planet one step cleaner as our love for windsurfing and our home only grows.
Finish.
Available in Neon Blue Tech-Reveal finish over Carbon, with Pastel Green artwork and black pads. Matte rails for augmented speed.
Technology.
Vacuum Lamination. The Bolt 4 Carbon follows a bespoke race board build process, with only the very best composites applied by hand. Including our proprietary high-end vacuum lamination process developed on Maui, formulated to withstand even harsh water impact, without effect on hull integrity.
Construction.
Full Carbon Deck. A full Carbon Deck on top of full Hyper Skin HD High Density foam sandwich on deck, bottom and rails give this board supreme light weight and stiffness. Bonded to its core through vaccum lamination, we ensure the superior material qualities get translated into the body of the board.
Materials.
Carbon. The entire deck gets vacuum laminated in Plain Weave Carbon for outstanding structural strength. The padded stance area gets additionally reinforced. The Bolt 4 Carbon offers utmost high end performance whenever and wherever you want it.
CNC Shaped.
Precision CNC shaped and hand-built to our exact standards, every model adheres to the non-stop evolving technologies we have developed on Maui since 1994.
Design.
Ultra light heavily unfinished paint on top of pure carbon. Weight saving graphics. Modern Goya Windsurfing look, the Bolt 4 Carbon symbolizes the transition into a new era.
Hydrodynamics.
The Bolt 4 Carbon received our fastest tail rocker, a smooth entry rocker line, pronounced V and double concaves. Paired with its full carbon deck they make these shapes explosively fast in flat waters and highly comfortable on large open ocean crossings.
Stock Model.
A Goya Windsurfing Stock Model represents our current line, and in that our latest shapes, tech and components. This board is built by hand and features the advanced construction, build quality and level of attention otherwise only experienced in a Custom Model.
Foil Ready.
Sizes 129, 139 come Foil Ready. Equipped with a Deep Tuttle center finbox.
Impact Resilience.
The nose perimeter is aligned with the mast angle, eliminating high spots for impact resilience during catapults, speading the forces across a wider area.

Main window panel: 6 mil Bi-PLY from Dimension Polyant features two 3 mil layers of PET film. This creates a softer hand, improved flex and reduced creasing. The UV inhibitors in the adhesive significantly increases the life of the product in comparison to traditional monofilm. Upper window panels: 4 mil high quality Monfofilm from Dimension Polyant. Upper color body panels: 1.5 mil Ultra low stretch linear Warp Carbon fiber laminate yarns arrayed to control load lines in the sail combined with super strong Technora aramid X-Ply. Warp Carbon gives incredible linear control of the sail profile while also allowing a dynamic, torsional, bias stretch and return. This makes the sails feel very quiet, weightless and very resistant to being overpowered. Lower body color panels: 2.5 mil Scrim from Dimension-Polyant is a polyester scrim plus X-PLY ® which are designed for reduced weight while still offering reduced stretch of a traditional X-PLY ® only product. The recipe for the One starts with a Custom Thruster base shape, adding a Slalom Rocker and installing Bump & Jump freeriding geometry. Building on our latest progressive wave shapes, generation 12 of the One has become more agile than ever, while not compensating through reduced speed. Quite the opposite, the One is lighter and packs more fastness than ever before. Removed deck sticker for lightness and sustainability, Powerbox for lightness and strength. Essentially the best of all worlds, fusing the best traits of each of our boards into one. The One 12 Carbon. Generation 12. Combining explosive speed, range, and ultimate comfort. Taking our latest and most progressive wave shapes and increasing both length and width ever so slightly results in what is your go-to if you prefer a Thruster setup, yet as radical a wave board as the Quad. Akin to the Banzai concept, this is essentially one wave board tuned in two ways. Originating from the same new exuberant shapes as the Custom Quad, with the addition of a faster and sharper tail rocker, the Custom Thruster packs even more speed, stability and waft than the Quad. Easily as radical, the Thruster however is a touch more forgiving. The primary target of these progressive boards was applying the learnings from our new favorite Custom Quads and adding much more range to them. Voilà the Custom Thruster 4 Pro Carbon. Generation 4. Both boards are faster and lighter with added comfort and control. Custom built US boxes for lightness and compatibility, removed deck sticker for lightness and sustainability. Keeping in mind how more and more people love the Custom Thruster for bump & jump riding, drove us to also focus on refining the lowend speed characteristics, to plane earlier, jump higher, while not deviating an inch from those radical turns that stay with you long after your session has ended. SURFWAVE QUAD
The latest Custom 4 Pro from our world champions Marcilio Browne, Maria Morales, Marino Gil and Francisco Goya. The Custom 4 Pro is the ultimate Pro Model custom wave board, as it is not just the shape but the same off-the-shelf board our team chooses to ride and compete on.
The outline on these new quads grew slightly in the nose and tail areas. Compared to the previous generation, the rail profile has been filled on the nose and thinned towards the tail.
The new rockers were adjusted to balance those changes, incorporating a fast surfing rocker that can still fit into the curve of the wave, whilst maintaining the early planing that will accelerate into any ramp or turn.
Bottom shapes seamlessly transition from panel V below the mast foot for added rail to rail and off the top rebounds, to Double Concave between the stance for a faster slippery bottom shape and then fading into a Single Concave in the tail for the ultimate turns.
Rockers, inserts and constructions are customized to each size, suiting the rider and the conditions that the board will be used on, yet the Custom 4 Pro brings you the most rocker in the Goya Windsurfing board range.
