Step on the new Carrera 5 Carbon, and you’ll wonder if it was custom-built for you. From the first moments on the water, it’s easy to accelerate and release onto a plane. Once powered up, the board sits high, flies effortlessly over chop and surf, and stays perfectly trimmed through lulls. When you are ready to jibe, the refined outline, dome deck, and wave-inspired rail taper offer confidence to push harder and exit even faster than what you came into. The result is an exhilarating ride across all conditions.
Construction.
We’ve re-engineered our build process around a continuous layering of Biaxial, Unidirectional, and Plain Weave carbon, creating a Carbon Monocoque™ that ties together mast track, stance area, rails, and bottom into one cohesive structure—free of excess patches or fillers. Combined with a full S-Glass and Hyper Skin™ full Top & Bottom Sandwich layout, the result is a lighter, stronger board—identical in quality to our Maui customs since 1994.
Description.
This is not a Blue Volar, and it does not have entry-level insert options. This is the All New Carrera 5 Carbon, a Raceboard with a FreeWave deck that lets you connect the sole of your foot with the deck below, paired with a race rocker & cut-outs, nothing stops you from flying at max speed with the confidence over chop and open ocean swells that you only felt on your wave board—built like a race board, still strong to handle all the excitement.
The all-new Carrera 5 Carbon combines our latest Race and Freewave design knowledge, fusing speed, limitless range, and ultimate comfort into a single shape. It is exceptionally light, responsive, and exhilarating to ride, and it will keep you out there having the most fun you’ve ever had windsurfing.
Slanted Single inserts seamlessly link the Outboard & Inboard footstraps range into one, allowing you to tailor your stance for rail trimming speed runs to a more relaxed inboard freeriding.

Refined Race Bottom: A blend of V and double concaves under the mast track (Direct from our Racing boards) breaks down chop for a smoother ride. The shallower V off the tail cut-outs ensures clean water release and top-end speed. Inserts.
The Carrera 5 features a single-angle insert accommodating Outboard (Advance) and Inboard (Intermediate) positions. This design allows riders to shift forward for a more centered stance or further back for increased leverage on the rail. By reducing the number of perforations and insets, we’re keeping the boards lighter, stronger, and simpler to set up while offering versatility for different riding styles and skill levels.

Main window panel: 6 mil Bi-PLY from Dimension Polyant features two 3 mil layers of PET film. This creates a softer hand, improved flex and reduced creasing. The UV inhibitors in the adhesive significantly increases the life of the product in comparison to traditional monofilm Upper window panels: 4 mil high quality Monfofilm from Dimension Polyant. Upper body color panels: 2.5 mil Scrim from Dimension-Polyant is a polyester scrim plus X-PLY ® which are designed for reduced weight while still offering reduced stretch of a traditional X-PLY ® only product. The recipe for the One starts with a Custom Thruster base shape, adding a Slalom Rocker and installing Bump & Jump freeriding geometry. Building on our latest progressive wave shapes, generation 12 of the One has become more agile than ever, while not compensating through reduced speed. Quite the opposite, the One is lighter and packs more fastness than ever before. Removed deck sticker for lightness and sustainability, Powerbox for lightness and strength. Taking our latest and most progressive wave shapes and increasing both length and width ever so slightly results in what is your go-to if you prefer a Thruster setup, yet as radical a wave board as the Quad. Akin to the Banzai concept, this is essentially one wave board tuned in two ways. Originating from the same new exuberant shapes as the Custom Quad, with the addition of a faster and sharper tail rocker, the Custom Thruster packs even more speed, stability and waft than the Quad. Easily as radical, the Thruster however is a touch more forgiving. The primary target of these progressive boards was applying the learnings from our new favorite Custom Quads and adding much more range to them. Voilà the Custom Thruster 4 Pro Carbon. Generation 4. Both boards are faster and lighter with added comfort and control. Custom built US boxes for lightness and compatibility, removed deck sticker for lightness and sustainability. Keeping in mind how more and more people love the Custom Thruster for bump & jump riding, drove us to also focus on refining the lowend speed characteristics, to plane earlier, jump higher, while not deviating an inch from those radical turns that stay with you long after your session has ended. The Airbolt Pro range is the perfect solution for any bump & jump/wave/freestyle oriented windsurfer looking to increase their water time.
The Airbolt Pro marks a new direction in wind foiling, bringing the feeling of rail-to-rail wave sailing and high wind bump & jump to those ‘average’ days where the conditions at your local spot are marginal. Using our crossover knowledge and feedback from R&D with Surf foiling – we have created a board range that introduces a new sensation to Windsurf Foiling. The Airbolt Pro’s key design feature comes from mast track: foil box placement, delivering the industry’s most direct feeling from the sail to the foil for increased control and maximum responsiveness. The mast track is placed further back then traditional boards and the foil boxes are placed further forward than standard windfoil boards – more like surf, SUP, and wing boards. This allows a swifter and more controlled change in direction and acceleration while carving on swells, wind-chop, or small waves – and the ability to ride much smaller sails and foils in the same wind range. The larger sizes are easy to learn on while the smaller sizes provide the maneuverability and responsiveness you’d expect from your favorite wave or bump & jump board. The length and width of the boards are designed to provide a stable and lively platform. Long enough that you can slog in light winds effortlessly, but short enough to reduce the swing weight when flying. The bottom shape is crucial to any foil board, and every success from our surf foil line has been factored into the Airbolt. From the nose through the mid-section the Air Bolt is designed for maximum rebound when you inevitably touch down to the water. The back of the board incorporates a rocker line and planing surface similar to our race/freerace/freestyle program to ensure easy glide for early flight. Volume flow has been optimized gradually to the rear of the boards to increase stability in the lightest of breezes. Footstrap and foil box positions offer a variety of options depending on the level and type of foiling you want. Outboard/inboard foot strap options provide comfort for cruising or control for new-school foil freestyle maneuvers on the smaller models. The boards feature both track and foil box attachment systems. The track allows you to precisely balance your foil/sail/stance for perfect pressure while the foil box accommodates a variety of different foils setups.Pro Full Carbon Deck Construction.

Wave performance and also high wind comfort, confidence and control in any water condition. The vinyl window makes the Guru X Pro unique. It creates a very smooth and comfortable power delivery, as well as the most durable sail in our lineup. Vinyl is practically indestructible and will stay crystal clear for the life of the sail. The new Guru X Pro is the result of 25 years of design evolution and the process and progress continues.
Francisco Goya claims it as his personal favorite, and as of late, Levi Siver has been spending time on the Guru X Pro in the pure wave conditions of Ho’okipa and loving it. Makes sense, because that’s where the design was born and established many years ago. Continuing its development around the world, high winds of The Gorge, and spots like Pozo have helped to tune up the smaller sizes to work as magnificent as the rest of the line. The goal has always been for the 3.2 to feel like the 4.7 and through lots of prototypes and testing in those extreme conditions were we finally able to achieve it. Guru X Pro offers a huge rigging range. With it’s soft power delivery and smooth progressive twist, you can rig this sail very full and still fill comfortably in control. Rigging the sail flatter on the outhaul is possible for a more neutral handling feel in higher wind and maneuver-oriented conditions.
