Once powered up, the board sits high, flies effortlessly over chop and surf, and stays perfectly trimmed through lulls. When you are ready to jibe, the refined outline, dome deck, and wave-inspired rail taper offer confidence to push harder and exit even faster than what you came into. The result is an exhilarating ride across all conditions.
Construction.
We’ve re-engineered our build process around a continuous layering of Biaxial, Unidirectional, and Plain Weave carbon, creating a Carbon Monocoque™ that ties together mast track, stance area, rails, and bottom into one cohesive structure—free of excess patches or fillers. Combined with a full S-Glass and Hyper Skin™ full Top & Bottom Sandwich layout, the result is a lighter, stronger board—identical in quality to our Maui customs since 1994.

This is not a Blue Volar, and it does not have entry-level insert options. This is the All New Carrera 5 Carbon, a Raceboard with a FreeWave deck that lets you connect the sole of your foot with the deck below, paired with a race rocker & cut-outs, nothing stops you from flying at max speed with the confidence over chop and open ocean swells that you only felt on your wave board—built like a race board, still strong to handle all the excitement.

Refined Race Bottom: A blend of V and double concaves under the mast track (Direct from our Racing boards) breaks down chop for a smoother ride. The shallower V off the tail cut-outs ensures clean water release and top-end speed. Inserts.
The Carrera 5 features a single-angle insert accommodating Outboard (Advance) and Inboard (Intermediate) positions. This design allows riders to shift forward for a more centered stance or further back for increased leverage on the rail. By reducing the number of perforations and insets, we’re keeping the boards lighter, stronger, and simpler to set up while offering versatility for different riding styles and skill levels.

The latest Custom 4 Pro from our world champions Marcilio Browne, Maria Morales, Marino Gil and Francisco Goya. The Custom 4 Pro is the ultimate Pro Model custom wave board, as it is not just the shape but the same off-the-shelf board our team chooses to ride and compete on.
The outline on these new quads grew slightly in the nose and tail areas. Compared to the previous generation, the rail profile has been filled on the nose and thinned towards the tail.
The new rockers were adjusted to balance those changes, incorporating a fast surfing rocker that can still fit into the curve of the wave, whilst maintaining the early planing that will accelerate into any ramp or turn.
Bottom shapes seamlessly transition from panel V below the mast foot for added rail to rail and off the top rebounds, to Double Concave between the stance for a faster slippery bottom shape and then fading into a Single Concave in the tail for the ultimate turns.
Rockers, inserts and constructions are customized to each size, suiting the rider and the conditions that the board will be used on, yet the Custom 4 Pro brings you the most rocker in the Goya Windsurfing board range.
The new Goya Windsurfing boards now come packed in recycled cardboard and paper tape only. No plastic bags. Keeping your planet, our planet, one step cleaner. We figured it’s a worthy trade off, as our love for windsurfing and the planet only grows.

The Airbolt Pro range is the perfect solution for any bump & jump/wave/freestyle oriented windsurfer looking to increase their water time.
The Airbolt Pro marks a new direction in wind foiling, bringing the feeling of rail-to-rail wave sailing and high wind bump & jump to those ‘average’ days where the conditions at your local spot are marginal. Using our crossover knowledge and feedback from R&D with Surf foiling – we have created a board range that introduces a new sensation to Windsurf Foiling. The Airbolt Pro’s key design feature comes from mast track: foil box placement, delivering the industry’s most direct feeling from the sail to the foil for increased control and maximum responsiveness. The mast track is placed further back then traditional boards and the foil boxes are placed further forward than standard windfoil boards – more like surf, SUP, and wing boards. This allows a swifter and more controlled change in direction and acceleration while carving on swells, wind-chop, or small waves – and the ability to ride much smaller sails and foils in the same wind range. The larger sizes are easy to learn on while the smaller sizes provide the maneuverability and responsiveness you’d expect from your favorite wave or bump & jump board. The length and width of the boards are designed to provide a stable and lively platform. Long enough that you can slog in light winds effortlessly, but short enough to reduce the swing weight when flying. The bottom shape is crucial to any foil board, and every success from our surf foil line has been factored into the Airbolt. From the nose through the mid-section the Air Bolt is designed for maximum rebound when you inevitably touch down to the water. The back of the board incorporates a rocker line and planing surface similar to our race/freerace/freestyle program to ensure easy glide for early flight. Volume flow has been optimized gradually to the rear of the boards to increase stability in the lightest of breezes. Footstrap and foil box positions offer a variety of options depending on the level and type of foiling you want. Outboard/inboard foot strap options provide comfort for cruising or control for new-school foil freestyle maneuvers on the smaller models. The boards feature both track and foil box attachment systems. The track allows you to precisely balance your foil/sail/stance for perfect pressure while the foil box accommodates a variety of different foils setups.Pro Full Carbon Deck Construction.

The Banzai Pro is the “go to” 4 batten worldwide wave sail for our top riders Marcilio Browne (PWA wave world champion) and Loick Lesauvage. The Banzai Pro is the answer and solution to all demands of a light weight, direct power delivery, wide range sail with heaps of flex feel and control. The adaptability of the Banzai Pro is unparalleled.
Unique to the Banzai Pro design 2021 concept is the back-hand throttle control. The sail pulls forward from “low RPMs” and is very balanced, but there is always a little “extra” available off the back hand for when you really need to juice up into a jump or maneuver. This tactile back-hand feel gives you a direct connection to how the sail is loading and releasing and allows you stay connected throughout your maneuvers. Marcilio Browne has driven this concept, insisting that the sails maintain the connected feel, providing him supreme confidence and control through technical and radical maneuvers. There is a trend in the market for more “neutral” feeling wave sails, and while there is a place for more of that on other Goya models, the Banzai Pro is designed for a more positive rider connection to instant power delivery. The Banzai Pro window material is Bi-Ply film. This “sleeper” feature is a massive step up from mono film. Bi-Ply is two layers of laminated clear film, lasting about 3x longer than mono film. It is UV protected and highly resistant to hard creases.
