The SLX wings are the second Starboard Foils wing collection to use Martin Fischer and Mathieu Durand's ground-breaking automated optimisation method. With aspect ratios ranging from 11-15, the parameters we entered into the auto-optimiser came from analysing common racing conditions for each wing size. Whether windsurf or wing foil racing, the SLX offers a wide wind range, lots of low-end power to keep foiling through crowded buoys and the highest top speeds.
