CLICK AND COLLECT:

• If you are located in the UK at the checkout you will be able to select to collect from our Store in Gosport.

COURIERS WE USE:

• Royal Mail for small and medium parcels
• Parcel Force for medium items like kites, harnesses and iSUPs
• UPS, DHL & Parcel Force for larger items like booms masts and board
  • Large items such as boards, booms and masts will be delivered in 3-5 days as bigger vehicles are required by the couriers and can induce delays.

DISPATCH: All items are dispatched from our Gosport Store and will experience a 24hr delay where we are closed on Tuesdays. Any orders taken after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

OUTSIDE UK: Please contact us if you would like something posted outside the UK.

EU and Worldwide Postage: EU items are priced without VAT. Our webstore is not setup for orders outside the UK but if you would like to purchase from us please email us with your details and we will reply with a postage quote. Payment is required by Bank Transfer.

RETURNS: Use the address below for returns. If a refund is required we will refund only the value of the item(s) and not the postage. Returns must be made within 14 days unless the item is deemed faulty. Please include the original shipping label as this will have the order reference and you name on it.

DAMAGED ITEM: If an item is damaged in transit you must notify the us immediately upon delivery and let us know as soon as you can.
