The 025 Blade utilises XFusion technology. By ultrasonically welding foot panels, we’ve eliminated the need for stitching. The result? A lighter, more responsive sail with enhanced durability. This revolutionary technique is a direct evolution of the CarbonFusion technology used in our PRO models, now accessible to a wider range of sailors.
Both Blade and BladePro are developed on an identical platform. The PRO construction offers the ultimate experience while the Blade replicates the dynamic performance in a more accessible construction.
SEVERNE’s proprietary GRADIENT PANEL TECHNOLOGY is at the heart of both Blade and BladePro. This innovative approach logically reduces weight, increases strength, and controls stretch. The result is direct power transmission and increased longevity.
The Blade features quality materials including VX2, SpiderFibre, and eM4. The BladePro is crafted in CARBON FUSION.

The New redesigned 3rd Generation Chinook RDG Carbon Boom is made with a 24.5mm (100% Carbon) Monocoque body with a specialized bend curve that is light and strong, while the completely reworked wider tailpiece is stiffer than ever and offers 50 cm of adjustment marked with permanent absolute markings for convenient adjustment.
The fully articulating standard Pro-1 Head fits both SDM and RDM masts. Easy adjusting 2 pin stainless steel vertical slide collars lock the tailpiece solidly in place, but are easily opened for quick adjustment.

SV APEX TEAM - SDM
The highest performing, most reliable pro race mast. The Apex Team is our lightest SDM mast with a vigorous durability testing scheme behind it. The Apex Team has been through an intense development cycle and withstands the forces required by modern performance race sails. New technical features include carbon replacement where there previously were glass layers. A larger layer overlap and the addition of 90° carbon bring two significant upgrades; increased strength, and unaltered weight. 2026 Simmer Blacktip Team Carbon
The all new Blacktip Team Carbon will bring your wave sailing to the next level, as it has done for 2025 Wave World Champion , Marc Paré. Engineered with our new ultra-technical carbon fiber scrim, its fibers are precisely aligned along the sail’s load paths for instant power transfer and ultimate control. The result: lightning-fast response, massive wind range, and effortless handling — pure performance without compromise.
The new carbon scrim material has allowed us to completely redesign the panel layout, reinforcements, and luff curves. Traditional dacron patches have been replaced with welded carbon reinforcements for optimal load distribution throughout the entire sail body, maximizing the active sail area and overall performance.
The Team Carbon incorporates several advanced technical upgrades. The clew section has been completely redesigned with overlapping panels, where converging carbon fibers in different warp orientations create a stronger structure and improved load distribution across the main panel. On top of this, carbon scrim batten pockets have been added to dramatically enhance sail control and profile stability.
This has been Marc Paré’s passion project since returning to the Simmer Style team in 2024. It represents one of the most extensive R&D efforts in the company’s history. Our goal was to harness the unique properties of premium materials to create the highest-performance, lightest-feeling wave sail ever made by Simmer — built to meet Marc’s demands on his journey to becoming Wave World Champion.

Constructed entirely out of premium X-Ply, the Blade is one of the most durable sails on the market, yet intelligent design means it’s also one of the lightest. SpiderFibre technology has radically reduced swing weight whilst also creating a much stronger clew. Dyneema window X-Ply allows for unrestricted vision. Upper panels in VX2 reduce swing weight.
