The fibers are pre-saturated to an exact resin-to-fiber ratio, then hand-wrapped around a mandrel, and then thermally cured. The lower carbon percentage makes this mast even tougher and more impact resistant than the 91% Hookipa mast. If you are particularly hard on kit this would be a good way to go for added durability.
