VERSO_ PROGRESSIVE FREERIDE
The Verso is the fast-track progression platform for improvers to advanced intermediates.
Designed to highlight only the performance characteristics that are vital for the developing windsurfer, the Verso is a feature-packed board with an intuitive feel.
The Verso is specifically designed and fully tested to assist you in all aspects of Freeride windsurfing and is especially reassuring for those learning all variations of gybing.
Performance characteristics include; a centralised buoyancy for enhanced stability and control when working your way into the harness and straps. A progressive rocker-line promotes acceleration for super early planing and gybing exits. Push it onto its rail for full speed blasting, and you’ll still feel the acceleration to push the limit of your comfort zone.
The hardest move you’ll learn on a windsurfer is the gybe. The Verso covers this with a very stable approach, a controllable carve, and increased exit speed. This board is intentionally designed and has been proven to assist the rider through the key stages of the turn and build consistency.
Simplifying the technical challenges a progressing windsurfer has to face is the main goal of the Verso. Everything is pre tuned for you; The purpose-built Verso powerbox fin is ready to go. We wanted a faster and more forgiving shape than the Freestyle Wave but also more maneuverable and performing than the Firemove.
The Powermove is a new addition in the RRD line and presents itself as a one-off series to be discovered. A fast rocker line with a long flat section to aid its acceleration and blasting speed. The Powermove has a fair amount of volume on the tail and parallel lines in the outline that make it capable of reaching high speeds but also a excelling on carving turns and freestyle maneuvers. Once you get into wavy conditions, its surf-like outline and choice of tri fins make it very maneuverable, fun to turn and exciting to jump with.

Severne ALIEN CPT CARBON Freeride Foil 125ltr
Purely designed as a windsurf foil board, the Alien enables all the variables to work in harmony and move beyond simply balancing on a foil to WINDSURFING on a foil. A functional foil board with refined details that makes foiling both accessible AND desirable.
The Alien development program was initiated when the disappointment of bolting a hydrofoil to a normal windsurf board was realized. By analyzing and gaining a deep understanding of the new variables that foiling introduced, we saw that specific foil-oriented equipment was required to elevate the experience to a true windsurfing sensation; blasting in control and carving turns rather than balanced on top, nervously trimming.
The differences between the Alien and a normal freeride are many; shape, length, rocker, stance, pretty much everything. But this new geometry works in conjunction with the foil and rig to deliver balance, and a new windsurfing world to any competent windsurfer. It opens up more locations to windsurf, and can double or triple your days on the water.
Stable enough for your first flights, the Alien has the considered details to deliver performance so as not to be outgrown.

The Firemove is known for its plug and play and superior feel from the first time you try it; early planing, acceleration, manoeuvrability and a lightweight feel over the water. Once you step on it you’ll instantly feel confident and will never get tired of this magic board. The rails of the Firemove have been thinned down, up to the point of being thinner than a Hardcore wave shape, a real boost for manoeuvrability and foot steering ease. This year we added 2 new shapes to the line, the 135 and 155 lts in order to expand the range and meet heavier sailors needs.
